Daily Bite Advent Calendar Day 3!! 

Have a piece of fruit with the 3 pm biscuits 🍌🍐🍎🍒🍓🍑🫐🥝🥭🍍🍇🍈🍉

I'm going to keep saying this, but fruit DOES NOT have too much sugar - fruit is so good for you, full of  fibre, micronutrients, and antiox
Day 2 - Drink a glass of water before lunch 💧

This isn't about tricking your body into eating less, ots about hydration! 

It's very easy to get to lunch and realise you've only had tea or coffee to drink. 

This is especially important if you have
Day 1 let's go! 

1 minute of squats as the kettle boils! 

You don't need any fancy equipment, just do it in your sweater and birkenstocks like me!
